Assenzaa — Refund & Returns Policy

Welcome to Assenzaa. We want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, this Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders made through the Assenzaa website and official channels.


1. Scope

This policy applies to all products sold directly by Assenzaa and its listed sub-brands (AD Decor, Velluria, Venucian, Opulent, Cottovia, Minie Wondr, and Raanivat) on our website and official stores. Third-party sellers or marketplaces may have their own policies.

2. General Principles

  • We accept returns and issue refunds for eligible items within the timeframes stated below.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging (where applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns and refunds.

3. Return & Refund Timeframes

  • Clothing & Accessories (ready-to-wear): Returns accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Home decor & non-wearable items: Returns accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery unless stated otherwise on the product page.

  • Made-to-order, customized, or tailored products: Non-returnable and non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed by Assenzaa.

  • Sale, Clearance & Promotional items: Final sale — not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

4. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must:

  • Be returned within the specified timeframe.

  • Be unused, undamaged (other than the defect claimed), and in original packaging.

  • Contain all original accessories, labels, and documentation.

Items not eligible for return include (but are not limited to):

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page.

  • Items showing signs of wear, stains, or smell (perfume, smoke, etc.).

  • Hygiene-sensitive products where the protective seals have been broken.

5. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery at: support@assenzaa.com (include order number, photos of the item, and a brief description).

  2. We will review and, if the issue is confirmed, provide options: replacement, repair (where applicable), or full refund.

  3. Assenzaa will cover return shipping costs for confirmed defective or incorrect items.

6. How to Return

  1. Log in to your Assenzaa account and go to Orders → select the order → Request Return. Or email support@assenzaa.com with your order details.

  2. Package the item securely with a copy of the invoice and return form (if provided).

  3. Use the return shipping label provided by Assenzaa (if eligible) or ship using a trackable courier.

  4. Keep the tracking number until the return is processed.

7. Refund Methods & Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase (credit/debit card, UPI, netbanking, or wallet).

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider and may take additional days.

  • For orders paid using Assenzaa gift cards or store credit, refunds will be returned in the form of store credit.

8. Exchanges

  • Exchanges (size, color, or product replacement) are subject to stock availability.

  • If you want an exchange, request it through your order page or by emailing support@assenzaa.com.

  • If the requested replacement has a higher price, the difference must be paid before shipment. If it is lower, the difference will be refunded.

9. Shipping Costs & Return Shipping

  • Standard returns: Unless the return is due to a defect or our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable, except where required by local law or if the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items — Assenzaa is not responsible for returns lost in transit when the customer arranges shipping.

10. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not entered the fulfillment stage. To request cancellation, email support@assenzaa.com with your order number.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests are treated as returns and follow the regular returns policy.

11. Digital Products & Gift Cards

  • Digital products (pattern downloads, digital lookbooks, e-gift cards) are non-refundable once delivered unless there is a technical issue preventing access.

  • For problems accessing digital goods, contact support with proof of purchase and details.

12. International Orders

  • International returns may be subject to import/export regulations, duties, and taxes.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs charges for returns unless the return is due to our error.

  • Cross-border shipping times and costs vary — please allow additional time for processing.

13. Privacy & Security

Any personal data provided during a return will be used solely to process the return and refund, and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with how your return or refund was handled, please contact our support team at support@assenzaa.com. If we can’t resolve it, we will provide information on escalation and dispute resolution options.

15. Changes to This Policy

Assenzaa may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
